David has assisted many organisations to implement and uplift business systems using bespoke and package software solutions. He has done this as a software delivery methodologist and practitioner with emphasis on Agile approaches including Scrum and Kanban, in roles including Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, and as a delivery team member.
His recent experience includes working with large enterprises in digital transformation, particularly in the application of Agile approaches to business analysis and application implementation on cloud and hybrid platforms. Having joined our Brisbane based team, David extends our capability in business & systems analysis, project management, software design & delivery and business architecture.
